A few important notes concerning orders:

For Gift Orders, please include any special instructions or note card message in the Shipping Instructions area of the Checkout Page.

Please Note:  You will get a "Thank you" message, an order number, and an
e-mail order confirmation upon successful completion of the order process.

• If you don't get a "Thank You" message and an order number, your order has not been processed. Check and see if the credit card number was correct. This is the most common error and, unfortunately, the error message alerting you to this fact does not show up in a convenient location.
• To order a quantity of more than one of an item, you can either use the modify cart option and change the quantity or you can order the same item multiple times.
• We usually ship using UPS Ground Service because they are reliable, economical, and packages are trackable. Unfortunately, they cannot ship to a PO Box address. Therefore, please make sure we have a real street address for packages you wish to ship using UPS.
• There are other shipping options available, including overnight, 2-day shipping, and US Mail (which can deliver to PO Boxes).
• Sales tax is collect only for merchandise (mugs, clothing, home roasters, etc.) and only if it is shipped to a destination within the state of Ohio. Food items (such as coffee and tea) are not taxable.
